The western edge of this neighborhood is Huanzhong Road Section 2. Near the intersection of Huanzhong Road and Xitun Road, there used to be a small earthen mound — the old name for Xitun, "Xidadun," refers to this very mound — which was leveled when the freeway and Huanzhong Road were built. The old name survives in the neighborhood's Xidadun Park; there's a PX Mart north of the park and a Fengkang Supermarket to the southeast.

According to reports, its boundaries run east to Liming Road, west to Huanzhong Road Section 2, south to Taiwan Boulevard, and north to Hanxiang Road, covering about 81 hectares. The western, southern, and northern borders of this neighborhood are exactly Huanzhong Road Section 2, Taiwan Boulevard, and Hanxiang Road, with the Fengjia neighborhood right next door to the east.
