Daily life in Qingshui turns on Qingshui Road and Qingyun Road; real-estate listings describe chain stores, supermarkets, a traditional market and places to eat along both. In the evening you can walk east to Yanji Street, where there is a night market and a wider choice of food.
South on Jincheng Road Section 2 there is a cluster of fast-food chains and big stores. Small local parks such as Qingshui Park are dotted around the residential streets.
For school, the primary options are Qingshui Elementary School on Qingshui Road and Anhe Elementary School on Yanhe Road, and Qingshui Senior High School on Mingde Road Section 1 has both junior and senior high sections.

Tucheng had about 15,000 people in 1951, and after the Tucheng Industrial Park was developed in the 1970s the population kept climbing, passing 100,000 in 1986 and reaching 200,000 in 1996.
Qingshui Senior High School was founded in 1989, in the middle of this growth. Only when the first and second phases of the campus were finished in 1992 did the students who had been taking classes at Guangfu and Qingshui elementary schools move to the present site. In 1996 it became a combined junior and senior high school, adding a senior high section.

The new Jincheng Interchange on National Freeway No. 3 broke ground in October 2023, and the city government says it should be finished by the end of December 2027, after which trips between northern Tucheng and the freeway could be up to 15 minutes shorter.

Maps show the shops and the sights. What a street is like, you only know by walking it. TidyMap uses AI street imagery analysis and public facility data to turn each area's street environment and everyday convenience into something you can compare. Search an address and look at the street outside first.
How to read it: yellow = poor, blue = good; grey = not enough data
TidyMap rates the street environment and everyday convenience. It does not assess the home itself, safety, noise or actual living experience. Street environment scores use AI assessments of imagery; convenience scores use public facility data.
