Neighbourhood boundaries follow named streets. Most are a union of villages (MOI village boundaries), counted in when more than half a village's area falls inside; a few with an official gazetted extent — Taichung's Seventh Zone, Xinyi Planning District, Banqiao's Xinban — are traced directly along street centrelines. A grid cell belongs to a neighbourhood when its centre falls inside; values are the mean of those cells; relative position compares neighbourhoods within one city only — never against districts, never across cities. Metrics with fewer than 30 cells show “Not enough data”.
